  • 500 grams Bee hoon [Rice vermicelli]
  • 60 grams Bean sprouts (rinsed)
  • 100 grams Chye Sim/choy sum
  • 60 grams Chinese mushroom
  • 250 grams Braised pig’s trotter
  • 100 grams Fish cake
  • 30 grams Chopped Garlic
  • 20 grams Chopped Shallot
  • 500 grams Water
  • Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons Black bean soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • A pinch of pepper
  1. Soak bee hoon in water till soft
  2. Soak Chinese mushroom in water till soft. Cut choy sum into sections and shred the Chinese mushroom
  3. Heat oil in a wok, stir fry chopped garlic and shallot until fragrant. Add in choy sum, mushroom and bean sprouts. Stir fry evenly
  4. Add pig’s trotter and pour in water. Add seasonings. Bring to boil
  5. Add bee hoon, stir well and simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve
