Broccoli, Mint & Seeds
Savour this quick and easy broccoli recipe by Darren Robertson from Darren Robertson's Charcoal Kitchen.

  • Yield 1 serving
  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • Half Lemon(zest and juice)
  • Half a large Red chilli
  • 3 slices of Garlic
  • 1 handful of picked torn Mint
  • 3 tablespoons of roasted Almonds, Sesame seeds and Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  1. Slice the broccoli into three, dress with olive oil, salt and pepper, BBQ for 3 minutes along with the chilli
  2. Remove from the BBQ and roughly chop
  3. Throw into and bowl, add all other ingredients, season again and eat or serve if you like
