Burnt Leeks and Carrots in Paper Bark

  • 2 bunches dutch Carrots
  • 6 large Leeks
  • 8 sheets Paper bark,
  • Salt, Pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • Salt, Pepper
  1. Season carrots with salt, pepper, oil and coriander seeds, Wrap the in paper bark and cook on the bbq for 20 minutes
  2. Burn the Leeks on the bbq for 5 mins leave to cool, remover the outer skin, slice and serve with the carrots
  3. Mix olive oil and lemon and season the vegetables
