  • 1 kilogram cut Pork Liempo
  • Cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Coconut vinegar
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 6 cloves chopped Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Peppercorn
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  1. This is a very simple adobo recipe
  2. In a pan put Liempo then add brown sugar, peppercorn, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic
  3. Mix it all then cover the pan and put in a fire
  4. Simmer for about 20 minutes
  5. After simmering it you need to add the oil to make it roast and looks good
  6. Slice it and put on a plate and top it with onion rings
