Chia Seed Strawberry Rose Jam

- 500 grams Strawberries, halved
- ¼ cup Maple syrup or Honey
- 2 teaspoons Rose water
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- Cook the strawberries over a medium heat, until they are soft and juicy. You can mash them slightly to help them along. Stir in the maple syrup and stir to combine
- Add the chia seeds and cook for 2 minutes more, stirring to make sure they are well distributed Take the jam off the heat, and stir in the rosewater. Allow to cool, then serve or store in a jar for up to 5 days
