  • 500 grams Strawberries, halved
  • ¼ cup Maple syrup or Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Rose water
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  1. Cook the strawberries over a medium heat, until they are soft and juicy. You can mash them slightly to help them along. Stir in the maple syrup and stir to combine
  2. Add the chia seeds and cook for 2 minutes more, stirring to make sure they are well distributed Take the jam off the heat, and stir in the rosewater. Allow to cool, then serve or store in a jar for up to 5 days
