Chicken Wings in Adobo Glaze

  • Glaze:
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 piece Bay leaf
  • 75 millilitres cane Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • Pinch Ground black pepper
  • Wings:
  • 7 pieces Chicken Wings
  • ½ cup All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. Glaze:
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add in the garlic, and bay leaves
  3. Pour in the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce and pepper. Bring to a simmer. Let the sauce thicken. Season to taste. Set aside
  1. Wings:
  2. Combine all ingredients and make sure that the wings are coated well
  3. In a deep pot, heat oil and fry the wings until done. Transfer wings to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil
