Ingredients
  • Roasted Chicken Breast
  • 4 Chicken breast
  • Sautéed Bell Peppers
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 150 grams Butter
  • Soya Bean Broth
  • 200 millilitres Chicken stock
  • 250 millilitres unsweetened Soya milk
  • 100 millilitres Cream
  • 100 grams Edamame beans
Method
  1. Roasted Chicken Breast:
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper
  3. Sear in a pan with oil on the skin side until brown
  4. Place on to a tray and roast at 180°C for 10 minutes
  1. Sautéed Bell Peppers:
  2. Slice all the vegetables
  3. Sauté the garlic and onions in the butter until soft
  4. Add in the bell peppers and sauté for 3 minutes.
  5. Season to taste
  1. Soya Bean Broth:
  2. Combine the chicken stock and soya bean milk into a pot and simmer over low heat until it has reduced by half
  3. Add in the cream and the edamame beans
  4. Adjust seasoning
