Ingredients
  • 135 grams (1½ cups) Rolled Oats
  • 40 grams (½ cup) Graham cracker crumbs
  • 2.5 grams (¼ teaspoons) Salt
  • 112 grams (½ cup) unsalted Butter, melted
  • 150 grams (1 cup) Skor toffee bits
  • 175 grams (1 cup) Chocolate chips
  • 85 grams (1 cup) sliced Almonds
  • 1 x 300 millilitres (10 fl. oz) tin sweetened Condensed milk
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Grease and line a 2L (8-inch) square pan with parchment paper, so that the paper hangs over the sides of the pan
  2. Stir oats graham crumbs and salt to combine, then, stir in melted butter. Press crumbly oat mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle Skor bits evenly on top, followed by chocolate chips and sliced almonds. Pour condensed milk evenly over pan (it will sink in as it bakes) and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until top is golden brown and edges are bubbling. Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 4 hours before slicing
  3. Store toffee bars in the refrigerator for up to a week
