  • ½ cup milk
  • 40 grams butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa, extra
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
  • Cream, for serving, optional
  1. Combine the milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Sift together the flour, caster sugar, cocoa and baking powder. Pour in the milk mixture and stir to combine. Spoon into 4 greased 200ml ramekins. Sprinkle each with a little brown sugar and extra cocoa then pour ¼ cup boiling water over each.
  2. Bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 20-30 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes before serving, dusted with icing sugar and a dollop of cream.
