Ingredients
  • 2 Large Potato (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (sliced)
  • 15 pieces Curry Leaves
  • ½ can Corn (strained)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • ½ tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fish stock powder
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Flour
  • 2 Egg
  • Salt
  • Raita
  • ½ cup Greek Yoghurt.
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander (grounded)
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin (grounded)
  • 1 Kyuri Cucumber (diced)
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • Salt
Method
  1. Stir up all the ingredients together.
  2. Spoon into hot oil.
  3. Sprinkle additional curry powder over.
  4. As for the raita, mix all together and season. Serve
