
Crab and Fish Soup

Ingredients
- 200 grams Crab meat
- 180 grams diced Seabass fillet
- 5 leaves of Kaffir lime
- 3 stalks Lemongrass
- 2 cloves sliced Garlic
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 sliced Ginger
- 1 tablespoon soaked Dry shrimps
- 4 sprigs Corriander stems
- 1 tablespoon Wolf berries
- 100 grams Spinach
- 100 grams Broccoli
- 100 grams Cauliflower
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 600 millilitres Water
- 1 pinch Saffron
Method
- In a pot, sauté the chopped onion, sliced garlic and soaked dry shrimp in corn oil until brown and aromatic
- Add in the lemongrass,coriander stems, ginger, kaffir lime, wolf berries, saffron and pour in the water
- Pour in the water and boil for 15 minutes
- Add in the crab meat, diced seabass, broccoli and cauliflower and simmer for 20 minutes
- Add the spinach and whole cherry tomatoes before serving and adjust seasoning
