Ingredients
  • 200 grams Crab meat
  • 180 grams diced Seabass fillet
  • 5 leaves of Kaffir lime
  • 3 stalks Lemongrass
  • 2 cloves sliced Garlic
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 sliced Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soaked Dry shrimps
  • 4 sprigs Corriander stems
  • 1 tablespoon Wolf berries
  • 100 grams Spinach
  • 100 grams Broccoli
  • 100 grams Cauliflower
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 600 millilitres Water
  • 1 pinch Saffron
Method
  1. In a pot, sauté the chopped onion, sliced garlic and soaked dry shrimp in corn oil until brown and aromatic
  2. Add in the lemongrass,coriander stems, ginger, kaffir lime, wolf berries, saffron and pour in the water
  3. Pour in the water and boil for 15 minutes
  4. Add in the crab meat, diced seabass, broccoli and cauliflower and simmer for 20 minutes
  5. Add the spinach and whole cherry tomatoes before serving and adjust seasoning
