Creamy Prawn & Asparagus Pasta

Ingredients
  • 6 Prawns
  • 4-5 stalks Asparagus, cut into 4 cm pieces (approx.)
  • 200 grams Linguine pasta
  • 1 jar branded Cream sauce
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 bunch fresh Dill
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ¼ cup Fish stock
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
Method
  1. Boil large pot of salted water for pasta
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large pan on medium-high, add olive oil
  3. Sear prawns, 1 min per side
  4. Remove prawns from pan
  5. Add fish stock, juice of ¼ lemon, and chopped garlic. Let it bubble for 2 min
  6. Add 1 cup of cream sauce, and season with salt and pepper
  7. Add pasta to pot
  8. When pasta has 2 min left, add cut asparagus to water
  9. Drain pasta and asparagus, and add straight to pan of sauce
  10. Return prawns to the pan and finish cooking the prawns while combining all ingredients. (about 1.5 min)
