  • 700 grams Tenderloin (daging khas dalam)
  • 2 litres Coconut water
  • Coriander seed
  • Garlic
  • Shallots
  • Ginger
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Tapioca flour
  • Marinade
  • Coriander seeds
  • Minced garlic
  • Lime juice
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • Sauce
  • Coconut oil
  • 100gr Red Tomato
  • 10 big Chillies
  • 12 minced and sliced Shallots
  • 6 sliced Garlic
  • Lime juice
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • Garnish
  • Caisim flowers
  • Chinese chives
  1. Beef Tenderloin:
  2. Cut the beef against the grain and very thin, pound it until its thinner and wider
  3. Cook it in coconut water and the spices for 45 mins
  4. Than marinade it with marination and leave it for 30 mins at least
  5. Heat deep fryer, coat some of the beef with a little bit of tapioca, deep fry it until its super crispy
  6. Serve it with the sauce
  1. Sauce:
  2. Blend all together briefly, sauté it in coconut oil till fragrant

Note: First there should be enough beef and divided into 3 parts, for the one that's been cooked in the coconut water, and after the coconut water that's been marinated and then fresh beef for the demo
