  • Siomay Mixture
  • 1 fatty Chicken breast with skin and fat, minced
  • 12 Sea prawns, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Tapioca flour
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • Thin strips of Carrots
  • Additions
  • White bread cut the crust and cut the shape as we desired
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Peanut Sauce
  • Ground fried Peanuts
  • 5 Ground chillies
  • 50gr chopped Shallots
  • 4 Candlenuts, pound it
  • Vinegar
  • Salt, pepper, sugar
  • Serve with:
  • Jeruk limo (Lime)
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Bottled Sambal (Chilli paste)
  1. Mix the siomay mixture until all well incorporated
  2. Spread it on top of the bread, put little carrot strips on top of it and deep fry till golden brown
  1. Sauce:
  2. Heat 2 tablespoonsp oil in a pan, sauté the shallots and chillies till fragrant, add the peanuts, candlenuts and a lil bit of water, add vinegar also
  3. Let it heat up and then serve it with the siomay
