Ingredients
  • Cumin Scented Tempura
  • 200 grams Tuna loin (sliced)
  • 6 Tiger prawns (shelled)
  • 1 Onions (sliced into rings)
  • 1 Carrot (peeled and sliced)
  • Tempura Batter
  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 350 millilitres Water, iced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 200 grams Self-raising flour
  • Garlic Yoghurt Dip
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 160 grams Yoghurt
  • 1 Lemon
Method
  1. Cumin Scented Tempura:
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and incorporate well. Season to taste
  3. Dust all ingredients for the tempura with seasoned plain flour and dip into the tempura batter
  4. Deep fry until golden brown
  1. Garlic Yoghurt Dip:
  2. Grate the garlic using a microplane and mix into the yoghurt
  3. Add in the zest and juice of one lemon into the dip. Season to taste and stir well
