Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Chicken
  • 4 slices lengkuas [Galangal]
  • 3 stalks serai [Lemongrass]
  • 150 grams Shallots
  • 20 grams kunyit [Turmeric]
  • 5 pieces buah keras [Candlenut]
  • 20 grams Ginger
  • 20 grams Dried Chilli
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds
  • ½ kilogram Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons Vinegar
  • Salt
Method
  1. Pound roasted mustard seed & salt. Set aside.
  2. Fry the blended ingredients until the oil separate.
  3. Add chicken & fry for another 10 minutes & add potatoes.
  4. Add water & bring to boil.
  5. Add mustard seed + salt, mustard, vinegar & butter
