- 4 pieces of green finger chilies, Deseeded
- ½ Cup of Cream cheese
- 1 Cup of Flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup of Breadcrumbs
- Stuff chilies with cream cheese
- Do the standard breading procedure (flour, eggs then breadcrumbs)
- Fry until chilies are golden brown
