Egg in a Hole with Spicy Sausage Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 2 slices Bread (White or Wholemeal)
  • 2 Kampung Eggs (Fresh) [Free Range Eggs]
  • 2 Chicken sausages
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Ssauce
  • 1 tablespoon Kicap manis(Sweet soy sauce)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Spring onion for garnish
Method
  1. Using a shot glass make a hole in the sliced bread and set aside
  2. In a non stick pan, add in some butter and brown one side of the sliced bread and flip over
  3. Add in a drizzle of oil in the hole and around it, and crack an egg in the hole and let it cook for a couple of minutes before flipping. Leave for a minute before removing it from the pan and onto a plate
  4. Slice up your sausages, onions and chillies
  5. In a pan, add in some oil and fry up your onion and chilli until fragrant
  6. Add in your sausages and cook for a couple of minutes before adding sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and a pinch of salt
  7. On a plate, place your egg in a hole and top up with your spicy stir fried sausage
