Ingredients
  • Eggplant
  • 2 pieces Red Chilli
  • 1 tablespoon Tauchiu [Fermented Soy Beans]
  • 100 grams Minced Chicken
  • 4 Garlic
  • 3 Shallots
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Black Vinegar
  • A dash of Sugar
Method
  1. Deep fry terung [eggplant] in hot oil
  2. Saute minced Chilli, garlic & shallots
  3. Add tauchiu & continue to saute
  4. Add minced chicken
  5. Add terung [eggplant]
  6. Season with oyster sauce, vinegar & sugar.
