Ingredients
  • Seasonings
  • ¼ cup Soup stock
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 lb. Clams, scrubbed
  • 2 slices Ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Hot Green chilli, thinly sliced
  • 1 Green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs Cilantro
Method

Combine seasoning ingredients in a bowl; set aside

Heat oil in a hot wok over high heat. Add ginger, garlic and chilli and stir-fry until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add clams, seasoning, green onion, and cilantro and toss until well combined. Cover and cook until clams open, 6-8 minutes depending on the size of the clams. Transfer to a serving plate

Remark: Served over noodles (or Italian pasta)
