  • 5 pieces milkfish belly, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 green mango, sliced
  • 1 white radish, sliced
  • 1 eggplant, sliced diagonally
  • 3 okra (lady's finger), sliced
  • 5 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  1. Make the soup:
  2. In a deep pot, bring 5 cups of water to a boil and add in 1 yellow onion (sliced) and 3 tomatoes (sliced)
  3. Mix in 1 green mango (sliced) and simmer for 5 minutes
  1. Add in fish and vegetables:
  2. Put in the milkfish belly
  3. Add 1 white radishes (sliced), 1 eggplants (sliced diagonally) and 3 okra (sliced) in the pot and simmer for another 3 minutes
