Ingredients
  • 6 whole Shrimp
  • Celery, Carrot, Onion
  • Dry Mixture :
  • 3 whole Egg yolk
  • 1 big whole Purple Onion
  • 100 grams Dill
  • 100 grams Fish roe (Tobikko)
  • Remoulade sauce:
  • 2 teaspoons Mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons Fish roe (Tobikko)
  • Garnish:
  • Cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes
Method
  1. Peel the shrimps, leave the tail. Devein, insert the bamboo skewer right into the shrimp
  2. Boil water, add some celery, carrot, onion and salt. Put the shrimps in until it’s cooked
  3. Hard boil the eggs at the right temperature to maintain the yellow bright colors, then finely grated
  4. Finely chopped the purple onion and dill
  5. Mix all the remoulade ingredients
  6. For the dry mixture : Mix well the egg yolk, onion, dill and fish roe
  7. Slightly brush the remoulade sauce over the shrimp individually
  8. Coated the shrimp with the dry mixture
  9. Decorate with cucumber & cherry tomatoes
