Fresh Tropical Fruit Sangria

  • 1 bottle Classic Riesling
  • 1 Apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup diced Mango
  • 1 Star fruit, sliced
  • 227 grams Passion fruit nectar or juice
  • 227 grams Lychee nectar or juice
  • 10 fresh Lychee, seeded and halved
  • 10 fresh Rambutan, peeled and halved
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped Mint
  • Ice

In a pitcher, combine the wine, apple, mango, star fruit, fresh lychee fruit, rombutan, passion fruit juice and lychee juice. Cover and refrigerated for 1 – 2 hours hour. Just before serving, stir in the mint Pour into 8 ice filled white wine glasses

Remark: Served with white or dark chocolate sticks
