Ingredients
  • 2 cups Strawberries, plus sliced Strawberries, for garnish
  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup Skim Milk or Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Baby Spinach
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • ½ Avocado
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes
Method

Add the strawberries, pineapple, milk, baby spinach, yogurt, bananas, avocado and ice to a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries.
