Ingredients
  • 80 grams Watercress, stems removed
  • 250 grams Strawberries, quartered and some sliced
  • 75 grams Raspberries
  • 120 grams Blueberries
  • 2 Oranges, 1 sliced and 1 segmented
  • 2 Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 ring Camembert, cut in wedges
  • Dressing
  • 75 grams Strawberries
  • 75 grams Raspberries
  • ½ Orange, juice
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic reduction - store bought
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Port
Method
  1. Cut camembert into wedges on the platter, keeping in a wheel shape
  2. Arrange the watercress, berries and fruit on a large platter
  3. Blend the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor until smooth. Serve on the side with the salad
