Ingredients
  • Dressing:
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Slaw:
  • 6 cups finely sliced Green Cabbage
  • 3 Green Onions, sliced on a bias
  • ⅔ cup Golden Raisins
  • ½ cup lightly toasted Walnut pieces
  • Parchment paper, for cups
Method
  1. Whisk all ingredients for dressing and season lightly
  2. Toss cabbage, green onion, raisins and walnuts with dressing and adjust seasoning
  3. Build 6 cones with triangles of parchment paper and place each in a cup (for easy filling)
  4. Spoon slaw into each and fold over to seal. Keep chilled until ready to pack on a picnic
