Ingredients
  • 500 grams Shrimp
  • 10 cloves Thai Garlic
  • 1 Coriander root
  • 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorn
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoonss deep fried Garlic (ready-made)
  • 3 Coriander leaves
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
Method
  1. Pound garlic, coriander root and black peppercorn in mortar. Set aside
  2. Mix oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Stir to combine and set aside
  3. Heat a non-stick pan with vegetable oil. When hot, add garlic pepper mixture and stir for about 15 seconds or until it’s fragrant
  4. Add shrimps and sautee until it’s cooked.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture and toss to coat the prawns
  6. Sprinkle some deep fried garlic and coriander leaves on top and serve with a set of sliced cucumbers on the side
