Ingredients
  • 500 grams Tomato (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (diced)
  • 1 large Cucumber (deseeded and diced)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ cup pitted Black olives
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Parsley (chopU153+U1529
Method
  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber in a mixing bowl
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and sugar. Season to taste
  3. Add fresh parsley, and mix well. Top with olives and feta cheese
