  • 2 Eggplant
  • 3 Tilapia
  • 4 chopped Shallots
  • 3 cloves chopped Garlic
  • ½cup Vinegar
  • 3 chopped Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. You can make a version of their dish by using eggplant and tilapia instead of pork
  2. Start this dish by putting wholes around the eggplant before grilling just to get the steam going and cooks through
  3. Clean the tilapia and put salt and grill it
  4. While waiting the grilled tilapia and eggplant to cooked, finely chopped the onion and garlic and put in a small bowl and pour vinegar to it
  5. When the fish is ready get the meat from it and put in a plate then check the eggplant if its done all you have to do is to take out the skin and get the inside meat see to it that theres no worms inside and put it to the plate where you put the fish meat
  6. And the last part of this dish is to add a fresh chopped tomatoes and pour the mixture to it and mix it well
  7. Let it sit for a minute to absorbed the full flavor of your mixture the vinegar, ginger and the native onion
  8. Enjoy it
