- ½ kilogram Gumamela (Hibiscus) flowers
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoons Calamansi juice
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 3 Pandan leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- In a small pot combine all the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes
- Place in an air tight container and let it cool
- Once its cold store in a cool dark area
