Ingredients
  • ½ kilogram Gumamela (Hibiscus) flowers
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Calamansi juice
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3 Pandan leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Method
  1. In a small pot combine all the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes
  2. Place in an air tight container and let it cool
  3. Once its cold store in a cool dark area
