  • 1 cup Barley
  • 2 litres Water
  • 10 grams Rock sugar
  • 6 juicy Calamansi limes
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  1. In a pot, add in barley and 1.5 litres of water, and let the barley boil on a medium heat for about 20 minutes until cooked
  2. Add in the rock sugar and adjust to your liking
  3. In a big glass, add in the juice of 2 limes and a cup of the barley water, some barley pearls and top up with ice cubes
