Iced Barley with Lime

- 1 cup Barley
- 2 litres Water
- 10 grams Rock sugar
- 6 juicy Calamansi limes
- 2 cups Ice cubes
- In a pot, add in barley and 1.5 litres of water, and let the barley boil on a medium heat for about 20 minutes until cooked
- Add in the rock sugar and adjust to your liking
- In a big glass, add in the juice of 2 limes and a cup of the barley water, some barley pearls and top up with ice cubes
