  • 2 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, crushed with hands
  • 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 454 grams brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • ½ cup water
  • A pinch of salt
  1. Place a skillet over medium heat and add oil
  2. When it is hot, add garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add spices, salt and pepper and cook for 30 seconds
  4. Add brussels sprouts and water and cover with a tight fitting lid
  5. Let steam until sprouts are bright green and tender-crisp, about 6- 8 minutes
