Jarred Salad with Mediterranean Dressing

Ingredients
  • Salad
  • 1 baby Cucumber cut into slices (equivalent of half a Cucumber)
  • ½ red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 80 grams stuffed green Olives
  • 80 grams Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • 200 grams Feta cheese cubed
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup Mediterranean dressing
  • Mediterranean Dressing
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Basil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Thyme
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sugar for taste
Method
  1. Salad
  2. Place equal amounts of slices in two jars 400 ml size . Followed by the red onion, olives and feta cheese
  3. For the dressing, pour equal amounts over the salad. Close and chill
  1. Mediterranean Dressing
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender. Mix until all pureed and no lumps and herbs merged in the mixture
  3. Pour into a jar
