Ingredients
  • 1 cup sliced Carrots
  • 1 cup sliced Turnips
  • 1 cup sliced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced Onions
  • For flavors
  • ¼ cup Fish sauce
  • ¼ cup Calamansi juice or lemon
  • ¼ cup Vinegar
  • 6 ea chopped Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Pepper
Method
  1. Arrange salad ingredients on a plate
  2. Carrots, turnips, tomatoes, onions and ferns
  3. For the flavors pour fish sauce, calamansi juice and vinegar
  4. Sprinkle pepper and mint
