  • 5 Duck eggs
  • 100 grams White sticky rice, soaked overnight
  • Shredded coconut (Serundeng)
  • Coconut sugar
  • Chives
  • Chillies (Cabe kriting)
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chopped garlic
  • Chopped shallots
  • Ebi (Dried shrimp)
  • Sour cream
  • Salt, sugar, pepper
  • Extra

  • Kecap manis (Sweet soy sauce)
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heated pan, add the sticky rice. With the soaked water and spread it. Cover the pan until the water has been reduced.
  2. Add a duck egg thats been whisked, add serundeng (shredded coconut), ebi (dried shrimp), salt, pepper, chillies, then mix the eggs mixture on top of it.
  3. Cover the pan for a bit and then flip.
  4. Serve it with a lil bit more of serundeng (shredded coconut), sour cream and a bit of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
