Ingredients
  • Ketan:
  • 250 grams black Sticky Rice
  • 150 millilitres Coconut Milk
  • 2 pieces Pandan Leaves
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • * Steam ketan ingredients until cooked
  • Garnish:
  • 1 sweet Mango
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Powder
  • 2 pieces Mint Leaves
  • Sauce:
  • 150 millilitres Coconut Milk
  • 150 millilitres Water
  • 2 pieces Pandan Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Maizena (Corn Starch)
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Condensed Milk (white)
  • 2 pieces Keluak (Indonesian Black Nut)
Method

Mix fully cooked ketan with keluak and condensed milk and steam it again. Mix the sauce ingredients and boil it. Plating the ketan with mango, sauce, and garnish.
