Ingredients
  • 600 grams minced organic Lamb meat
  • 100 millilitres chopped Parsley
  • 50 millilitres chopped Thyme
  • ½ Lemon zest and juice
  • 1 tablespoon virgin Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Hot yoghurt sauce
  • 200 millilitres Turkish Yoghurt
  • 50 millilitres Sambal olek [Shrimp paste chilli]
  • ½ Lemon juice only
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped Mint
  • For serving
  • 8 pieces soft thin Bread
  • 100 grams Mache salad
  • 200 grams Sauerkraut
Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and salt to taste. Shape into kebabs and put them on skewers. Grill the kebabs or cook the in an oven on high heat for 6-7 minutes or until done
  2. Serve the kebab in soft thin bread with a hot yoghurt sauce, mache salad and sauerkraut
