Ingredients
  • 500 grams Tofu
  • 500 grams Fish ball
  • 20 grams Spring onions
  • 50 grams Pork Floss
  • 1 Red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt/Pepper
Method
  1. Place the tofu and fish ball in a mixing bowl and mix well
  2. Transfer the mixture on a dinner plate and season with salt and pepper
  3. Steam for 8mins
  4. To serve, drizzle some soya sauce and sesame oil. Garnish with spring onions, chilli and pork floss
