Lemon Maple Vinaigrette

- 3 Lemons
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- In this kind of vinaigrette, the key ingredient is the lemon zest
- Just used the small sides of the grater and very lightly just pull down like turning the lemon. Be careful that you don't get the white thick part as it tastes bitter
- Squeeze lemon into a bowl and as much as possible, don't let any seed get into the bowl because when you bite the seeds, its quite bitter
- Then add maple syrup and olive oil and have a little whisk! You can also add salt and pepper for a little bit salty taste so that the acid will not react too much to your tongue
