Ingredients
  • 2 whole Chicken legs
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 2 Kaffir limes
  • 1 Coriander root
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 5 black Peppercorn
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2-3 tablespoon Milk
Method
  1. Mix lemongrass, coriander root, garlic, black peppercorn, kaffir lime, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, vegetable oil, milk and palm sugar in blender
  2. Marinate the chicken thigh with the mixture for at least 1 hour but overnight is best
  3. Roast chicken in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes with foil and later 10 minutes without foil or until the skin is golden brown
