Minted Limeade
Try this quick and easy minted limeade recipe from Fresh with Anna Olson.

  • 1½ cups Sugar 375 mL
  • 2½ cups water 625 mL
  • 1 bunch fresh Mint (about ¾ cup (190 mL)), plus extra for garnish 1
  • 1 cup fresh Lime juice 250 mL
  1. Bring sugar, water and mint, slowly up to a simmer. As soon as a simmer is reached, remove from heat, strain, and let cool to room temperature
  2. Stir in lime juice and serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint
