Minute Steak with Tangy Coriander Sauce

  • 150 grams Steak (any cut of beef pounded flat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 stalks Mint
  • 10 stalks Cilantro
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1½ tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  1. Heat grill pan
  2. Season steak with salt, pepper and oil
  3. Cook steak on both sides to medium rare, 1 minute per side
  4. Once steak is cooked, remove from pan and let it rest
  5. To make the sauce, add the rest of the ingredients into a food processor and blend into sauce
  6. Pour sauce on steak and serve
