Miso-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 4 tablespoons (½ stick) Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons Miso
  • ½ teaspoon freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic, grated
  • 907 grams Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 teaspoons White Sesame seeds
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, miso, pepper and garlic. Add the Brussels sprouts, and toss; make sure to get all the sprouts coated with miso butter
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast until the sprouts are easily pierced with a knife and the outside leaves are crispy and brown, 25 minutes
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately
