  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons Grapeseed oil or Vegetable oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Ice cream, to serve

Grab a large microwave-proof mug, and add the dry ingredients to it. Stir to combine everything, then add the wet ingredients. Mix with a fork until you get a smooth, chocolatey batter Microwave at 1000W for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Serve with a scoop of ice cream, and dig in
