Ingredients
- 1 bottle Dry White Wine
- ¼ cup Honey
- 5 Peppercorns
- 2 Cloves
- 2 strips Orange peel, white pith removed
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Star Anise
Method
Combine the wine, honey, peppercorns, cloves, orange peels, cinnamon and star anise in a large, heavy-bottomed pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then turn down the heat to low and cook for 25 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain into a heatproof pitcher or glasses. Enjoy warm
