Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fragrant Rice
  • 2 cups Fresh Santan [Coconut Milk]
  • 1 Red Onion (sliced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (sliced)
  • 4 Limau Purut [Kaffir Lime]
  • 1 Pandan
  • 2 inch Turmeric (blitz)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (blitz)
  • 3 Shallot (blitz)
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Ulaman [Ulam]
  • Kacang Pangang (blanched) [Roasted Peanut]
  • Daun Kunyit [Turmeric Leaves]
  • Cekur [Sand Ginger]
  • Daun Selasih [Basil Leaves]
  • Bunga Kantan [Torch Ginger Bud]
  • Bawang Merah [Shallot]
  • Chilli merah [Red Chilli]
  • Taugeh (blanched) [Bean Sprouts]
  • Telur Masin [Salted Egg]
Method
  1. Put all the ingredients for the rice into a pot and boil Adding more water if necessary
  2. Slice all the ulams thinly except for the bean sprout
  3. Boil the Salted Egg and dice
  4. Arrange all the ulam around the rice
  5. Serve
