  • 250 grams Beef (large cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic
  • 100 grams Paco (fern)
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 thumb size Turmeric (slice thinly)
  • 150 grams Green papaya
  1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds, cut into quarter and cut each quarter ½ inch thick diagonally. Set aside
  2. In a pot place beef and add water until it cover the meat
  3. Bring it to boil and remove the scum
  4. Reduce heat to medium low and let it simmer until tender
  5. Add garlic, ginger and papaya, simmer for 5-8 mins
  6. Add the paco and cook for a minute
  7. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl
