Oreo Banoffee Pie
A no-bake dessert that's fuss-free yet delicious by Marinka from At Home with Marinka

  • Yield 3 to 4 servings
  • 150 grams chocolate, melted
  • Oreo Base:
  • 1 pack Oreo, take out the cream part, and crushed until it looks like black sand
  • 75 grams butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Toffee:
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 45 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt (2 pinch)
  • Whipped cream:
  • 50 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Serving
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Shredded chocolate
  1. Put the crushed Oreo in a bowl
  2. Add melted butter and salt
  3. Mix everything together until it looks like wet sand
  4. Put the mixture in a pie ramekin, press it, and keep it in the fridge
  5. Heat the brown sugar and water in a pan until it boils
  6. Add butter, cream and salt. Cook it gently until it’s getting bubbly. Set it aside
  7. In a very cold bowl, whip the cream, icing sugar, and vanilla until soft peak
  8. Take the Oreo base out of the fridge
  9. Add 2 tbs chocolate on top of the Oreo base and spread it evenly
  10. Put it in the freezer
  11. When it sets, take it out of the freezer.
  12. Add toffee on top of the chocolate layer and spread it evenly
  13. Put the bananas on top of the toffee layer
  14. Add whipped cream on top of bananas and spread it
  15. Drizzle a bit of toffee and shredded chocolate on top of the cream
  16. Serve it cold
