  • 454 grams Jerusalem artichokes, halved (450 g)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut artichokes in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix everything together. Place on a baking tray, flesh side down and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until caramelised and tender.
