Oven Roasted Jerusalem Artichokes

- 454 grams Jerusalem artichokes, halved (450 g)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
- Cut artichokes in half.
- In a bowl, mix everything together. Place on a baking tray, flesh side down and bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until caramelised and tender.
