  • 2 sheets frozen Puff pastry
  • ½ cup granulated Sugar
  • ¼ cup chopped Peanuts
  1. Preheat oven to 200C. If you’re using a block of pastry, roll out half of the block into two 1cm-thick sheets. Lay the puff pastry sheet on top of a baking paper-lined chopping board. Scatter the peanuts and sugar evenly over the pastry
  2. Starting from two outside edges of the pastry, roll the pastry inwards from two directions until it meets in the middle and forms a squishy heart shape. With a sharp knife, cut 1cm-thick slices and lay them on a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until puffy and golden brown
